Description
Tin mug with handle, according to hand written label: 'Tin Mug 1926 thousands of these were made by W.B. Duckworth, V.A.D. at No. 1 Red X Unit Boulogne Rest Centre. Used for serving hot drinks to wounded soldiers to Hospital. Made from condensed Milk tins with strips of xxx from boxes xxx chiefly for handles.' Much of paper label is illegible.
