Small poster produced as part of the Sudan Crisis Appeal: Over one million people have fled their homes as internal conflict continues in Darfur in western Sudan. Some have crossed the border into chad. These people urgently need food, water and other essentials. Many are sick or wounded. The Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is uniquely placed to help. Through our local network of staff and volunteers, we are currently working to provide 500,000 people with clean drinking water and are distributing food relief and medical supplies.
