Description
Rectangular metal plaque with the Red Cross emblem in the top left corner and in red and black writing: 'Colours of the Rhyl and District Red Cross Hospital. Opened March 1st 1916. Closed May 31st 1919. During that time 1172 patients received treatment. E.C. Pilkington ARRC, E.M. Thomas, Commandants.'
