Description
British Red Cross Society wooden first aid kit from the 133rd Detachment Surrey. Wooden case has plastic carrying strap and the top is painted 'British Red Cross Society, 133rd Detachment Surrey.' The side and top are hinged to reveal two shelves and three compartments which store first aid supplies including two wooden and metal splints, two enamel kidney dishes, a box of medicated wound dressing, a glass eye bath, tweezers and bandages.
