Description
Trophy Shield: Scottish Branch British Red Cross Society Nursing Competition, 1971. Shield has Red Cross emblem on a white geneva shield underneath which is the original motto of the International Committee of the Red Cross 'Inter Arma Caritas' (meaning 'In War, Charity') written in a caligraphy style. White banners decorate the shield top and bottom and carry the text 'Scottish Branch' (top) and 'Nursing Competition' (Bottom).
