Description
Porcelain figure of a Red Cross nurse with painted Red Cross emblem on her chest. He facial features are not painted. She stands on a plinth upon which is written 'A friend in need'. Below her waist appear the flags of the WWI allies France and Belgium, the Russian Imperial standard, and a shield with the Union Flag (called 'England' here) above the motto 'For honour & liberty'.
