Description
Framed pastel portrait of Mrs Vernon-Walker in British Red Cross outdoor uniform. She wears an Officers hat badge, collar badges, Badge of Honour and medal bar ribbon. A small plaque attached to the frame reads: Mrs Vernon-Walker. Divisional President Wanstead and Woodford Division 1st January 1950 31st December 1966. Artists name unreadable.
