Framed mosaic featuring the Red Cross emblem surrounded by the words 'British Red Cross Society' in large, mosaic letters at the top and 'Barnett Hill' written by hand at the bottom. On the white, wooden frame is written the words 'From Beckenham, Penge, West Wickham Division.'
