Description
Silver cigarette box with hinged lid and two internal wooden compartments. Lid decorated with Red Cross emblem and the inscription "In memory of Brundall House Hospital, 1914 - 1916". Souvenir of the British Red Cross auxiliary hospital based at Brundall House, Norfolk, during the First World War.

Brundall House, built in the early 1800s. It was an auxiliary war hospital from 1914 to 1916 and was demolished in the 1960s to make way for the housing estate.
