Description
Block of solid gel with words "Provided by Eon Central Networks in partnership with British Red Cross" printed on it in black and red. Instructions for use printed on the back of the handwarmer. This handwarmer forms part of a Winter Care Pack, provided by the power company Eon and the British Red Cross, for use by vulnerable people to keep warm in case of a gas or electric power failure during cold weather.
