Description
Ladies tropical short sleeved grey jacket, v-necked with collar. Single breasted with round black plastic buttons down the centre of the front. These buttons have "BRITISH RED CROSS SOCIETY" printed around their edge with the shield and cross in the centre. There are three of these each with a metal ring loop at their back which can be seen on the inside of the jacket. Two breast pockets with flaps to left and right of the chest and two hip pockets with flaps to the left and right hip. These pockets have similar buttons but smaller. Sleeves have a mock turn-up and each has a hand sewn red cross patch on the shoulder. The patch is white and round with a red rim with a red cross in its centre. Each side at the waist of the jacket has a loop for a belt which is absent. The reverse has a split in the centre lower back. Front proper left has hand sewn medal ribbons, three in a row with two below.
