Political cartoon: 'What Red Cross Report?' Cartoon (colour) relates to the pressure faced by the Government Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon over the treatment of Iraqi prisoners and featured in the Guardian Newspaper accompanying an article on 12 May 2004.
