Field Medicine Chest made by Finch & Son, Gloucester 1944, with contents. Contains three metal tins in base of pannier, marked A,B, C. Emblem marked on front. Contents include safety pins, soap box, nail brush, four plastic measures, Boots cleansing cold cream, jar of Vaseline, bottle of Spirit of Sal Volatile B.P., bottle of Sodium Bicarbonate B.P., bottle of Castor Oil, tin of Band-Aid plasters, four packets of absorbent lint, two eye droppers, box of sterile surgical sutures (from drawers A and B), a variety of bandages (from drawer C).
