Description
Dr Nelson's small whiteware ceramic inhaler. Inhaler has a cork stopper and transparent plastic pipe, although the original pipe would have been glass. On the inhaler is the inscription "Dr Nelson's Improved Inhaler. Directions for use: Remove mouth piece; Half fill inhaler with boiling water;
Drop remedy on sponge of mouth piece;
Replace mouth piece and apply lips to it;
Breathe freely in and out as in ordinary full respiration;
When only the vapour of hot water or of any infusion is desired remove sponge from mouthpiece."
