Description
Bristol-glazed stoneware ceramic foot warmer, made for the John Hawkins firm of Henley-on-Thames. The stopper (Doulton; Lambeth) and the body (Denby; Bourne, Derby) were made by completely different firms, indicating that they are a mismatched pair from different objects.
