Description
Bath thermometer in a wooden case with a handle, used to measure the temperature of water in order to give cold, warm or hot baths as part of a patient's medical treatment. The scale is measured in Fahrenheit and is marked with the temperature of water when it is freezing, cold, tepid, warm and hot. Marked with 'Boots' and 'Dr Forbes Specifications.'
