British Red Cross Proficiency in Red Cross Work badge.

History
This badge was awarded to members either once they completed three successive Red Cross First Aid examinations or had received one certificate in each of Red Cross First Aid and Red Cross Nursing plus a third certificate in either. Additional bars were granted for each further Red Cross First Aid or Nursing Certificate. This was instituted in 1911 and discontinued in 1914.
