Description
Bedford Hospital Demonstration Doll, life size training model with removeable and jointed legs and arms, papier-mache head and glass eyes. 'The Bedford Hospital Doll .. for Human Anatomy, Osteology etc'. Manufactured by Adam, Rouilly & Co, Sole Maker & Agents. The doll was developed in co-operation with Miss Bedford, nurse tutor at one of the London Nursing Schools. It was used by the British Red Cross Society. London Branch. Ealing and Acton Centre for training purposes.
