Proficiency badge in Red Cross Nursing awarded to those of the volunteer force who completed nursing traing and re-examinations in nursing skills. White ribbon with vertical red lines, Top piece in red and gilt with small red cross on top. Bottom pendant in shape of geneva cross featuring the red cross logo in centre. Bar similar to top piece featuring "1936".
