Description
Black and white photograph taken outside British Red Cross national headquarters (NHQ) at 14 Grosvenor Crescent, London prior to parade of the National Voluntary Services in Hyde Park in July 1939. Two British Red Cross personnel at the front of the parade carry flags, one the Red Cross emblem and the other the Union Jack.
