Description
Black and white photograph showing British Red Cross female personnel, two members and one commandant, in indoor uniform taking first aid training. The 'casualty' sits in a chair next to a caravan and is having her head bandaged by one of the members. The commandant wears three service stripes and a brassard on her left sleeve, a Red Cross badge of honorable service and medal ribbons, including the Voluntary Medical Services Medal (VMS) on the bib of her apron.
