Description
Black and white photograph of the first and last pages of Florence Nightingale's letter to William Coates regarding her regrets that she is unable to open a bazaar in aid of the Manchester Volunteer Medical Staff Corps in April 1888, the 'Nursing Sisters' drill and a group of ladies who attended the sick in their homes. The letter is dated 26 November 1887.
