Description
Black and white photograph showing a VAD Red Cross nurse in the foreground bandaging a soldier's arm. In the background there is a soldier [possibly RAMC] attending to a soldier with a bandaged head on stretcher and female clerk sitting at desk making notes. The photograph includes wooden crates marked 'poison', 'bandages' and 'wool' and a cast iron fire stove stands in centre of room.
