Description
The paper was presented by Dame Katharine Furse, Commandant-in-Chief of the British Red Cross Society Women's VADs. There is a note at the top stating 'this paper is to be considered by each VAD member as confidential and to be kept in her Pocket Book.' The paper is attached to a loose cover.
