Description
Article with information on preparations for the first aid facilities required for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Approximately 1528 personnel were on duty at 100 first aid posts along the main route of the procession. Five commandants were also chosen to undertake first aid duties at Westminster Abbey from Branches across the United Kingdom. Junior Red Cross members from each of the Commonwealth Red Cross Societies were also invited to view the procession. Quarterly Review was a British Red Cross published magazine with Red Cross news items.
