Description
Black and white photograph showing a tibetan child smiling and talking with a member of the Red Cross. The ICRC was in charge of collaborating with other agencies until May 1963 when the Swiss Red Cross took over. Prefabricated buildings to be used as workshop and school can be seen in the background.
