Black and white photograph showing two Junior Red Cross cadets from Northamptonshire working out how to treat a casualty who has fallen from a ladder during a first aid exercise. At this time there were over 50,000 Junior members in the UK who were trained in first aid, nursing and a wide range of welfare services.
