Letter from Edith Cope offering thanks to the unnamed recipient for their letter of 31st October; the packages they have sent which will be recieved in four weeks; and the sum of £300. The letter also talks about the German troups being driven south and the expectation that more sick and wounded will arrived in Stuttgart and other places in Württemberg shortly. 4 November 1870
