Many different groups from Uniting Communities Org (UCO) participated in the EmpowHER programme. The groups wanted to support people in their community who were struggling. So they identified vulnerable groups who needed help, choosing the elderly and disadvantaged families. The group enjoyed supporting others and spreading kindness.
