Linen cloth embroidered with 'War Fund, Harbin, December 1940' with a red cross and names of the local European community (various nationalities including Russian). This was presented to Mrs Herbert by Eric C. Brown, the retiring Chairman of the Joint Red Cross and St John Management Committee, May 1985.
