Macaura's Blood Circulator, Patent no. 13932. A hand operated blood massager, in original box with a book of instructions included. The circulator looks similar to the turning mechanism of a hand manual kitchen whisk and according to the instructions"stops pain quickly and cure chronic sufferers" thought vibrations.
