Black and white image of wounded patients pictured with what are possibly a female VAD and an orderlie [?] Two of the patients are seated in invalid carriages while another is seated in a small carriage drawn by a horse. One of the patients is standing with the aid of crutches while another standing next to him appears to be an amputee.
