Description
Black and white image depicting patients from HMHS Glenart Castle admitted to the hospital after being shipwrecked in the English Channel. Miss Aslett and Sister Bentley are visible in the background at the centre of the image while wounded patients in hospital beds and seated on chairs are also visible. The ward was opened on the 2nd of March 1917.
