Plaque presented to the British Red Cross by the Philippine National Red Cross, 1966. Plaque is wooden with featuring a metal embossed scene of Philippines incorporating the Red Cross emblem and underneath a metal plaque with the following inscription: 'From: The Philippine National Red Cross. Occasion: 86th session, Executive Committee, League of Red Cross Societies, Geneva, 4 - 8 October 1966.'
