Description
Canadian Red Cross quilt made up nine-patch blocks, forming red crosses. There are 42 blocks, arranged 6 by 7 with a border. The quilt was put together strip-pieced lengthways. Possibly made as a fund-raising quilt due to the design, execution and condition. Label on back in corner. Printed "Gift of Canadian Red Cross Society"label which has been machined on.
