Description
British Red Cross War medal belonging to Lilian Noad. She lived in Stretford, Manchester and was a member of East Lancashire/80. She joined the British Red Cross in January 1915 and served in Victoria Hospital, Stretford and County Headquarters in Manchester doing clerical work voluntarily for twenty to thirty hours weekly.
