British Red Cross hat badge for Kent. Features Kent white horse with 'INVICTA' banner and initials 'VAD' and 'T' above and below red cross emblem. Miss Winifred Alice Fitzgerald of Kent/86 served as a night cook and orderly at Christ Church Hospital, Beckenham from May 1917 to November 1917.
