Description
Small commemorative metal plaque from an ambulance presented to Denbigh/12 VAD with the following inscription:
"In Memorary of Mrs Leach. This Ambulance was presented to Denbigh / 12 VAD by Mr Thomas Leach of Knowle, Old Colwyn in memory of his wife. Her motto in life was 'help the helpless' which this ambulance is intended to do. Dec 29th 1940.
