Description
Brassard with cloth emblem and stamp of the 'British National Society for Aid to Sick and Wounded in War' and 'Sec of State War Department'; 'Royal Commissioner and Military Inspector of the Voluntary Nursing Service' [German] with Royal coat of arms in centre. On the reverse is the name 'Thos. Edm. Smith, Ambulance Anglaise' written in ink within the stitching of the emblem.
