Commemorative plaque presented by the Philippines Red Cross Society for assistance following typhoons in 1970: 'Presented to The British Red Cross Society in grateful acknowledgment of the relief assistance for the victims of the destructive typhoons that succesively hit the Philippines in October and November 1970.' Engraved brass mounted on wood and with enameled Red Cross emblem above.
