Dummy bar of chocolate: 'Greetings from the War Organisation. British Red Cross Society and Order of St John of Jerusalem.' Rowntree's Blended Chocolate with vitamins. Chocolate was constantly asked for by prisoners. From 1943, it was fortified with vitamin A.
