White, felt ICRC brassard with a sewn-on cloth badge with the red cross, red cresent and: 'COMITE INTERNATIONAL DE LA CROIX-ROUGE' and velcro fastening. Worn by Sandra Singer during her role in the release of a hostage in Sri Lanka, 1985.
