Description
Baby parcel of the type funded by the British Red Cross and distributed to parents of young children in Turkey following the 1999 earthquake. Brown cardboard parcel featuring red cross and containing a number of baby products. Red Cross relief parcels are designed to meet all the immediate needs of the people who require them. The parcel was specifically designed to be sent to mothers of small children who, due to natural disaster or conflict in their country, cannot obtain the equipment they need to keep their babies clean and warm.
