brass plaque featuring the words, 'Jordan National Red Crescent Society hereby presents this Plaque of Appreciation to British Red Cross In recognition of the invaluable support to our relief operations 1990-1991 and for assistance rendered to ecvacuees from Kuwait and Iraq during the Gulf crisis and for the continuing contribution to help spread peace among mankind. Given with gratitude and appreciation by JNRCS, Amman, November 1991'. Plaque is presented on a padded burgundy coloured mount and held within matching case.
