Description
Fundraising poster produced by the British Red Cross Society and the Order of St John. The poster shows six service men, some are wounded, standing in front of a flag with a red cross on. The poster reads as follows: 'Our' Day, October 21st 1915: To help at the Front our wounded from Home and Overseas'. Designed by Tom Purvis. On the reverse are two 1915 postage stamps with a postal address to Mrs Plowden in Argyllshire.
