Silver dish engraved: 'British Red Cross Society Staffordshire 144 Great Barr Branch of West Bromwich Division. Presented by P. Val White 1940'. With list of recipients: E. Heath 1940; K.M. Whitehouse 1941; F. Westwood 1942; M.D. Coulthard 1943; L. Cartwright 1944; K. Edwards 1954; M Boilstone and V. Marlow 1955; M. Boilstone 1957. Both the dish and cup were given to Howard Green, Commandant of West Bromwich, when Staffs/144 were disbanded. The dish and cup were donated to the Branch after Howard Green died and his son cleared out his house.
