Description
First Aid satchel, made from red reinforced nylon with reflective strip and ambulance label to front. With internal storage space divided into six compartments. Purchased by Barnet Centre and used locally within Barnet by volunteers going out with Red Cross ambulance. Inside the bag the code RLJ 101 has been written, this stands for Red London Area 1 which is used to identify the volunteer. Barnet Red Cross Ambulance has been written in ink on the top of the bag. Made by SP Services (UK) Ltd. The use of this type of bag was discontinued in 2007 when ambulance equipment was standardised across London.
