Blood Transfusion Service brassard, belonged to Rosamund A Scott who was a volunteer with the Blood Transfusion Service in Singapore between 1940-1941. She had previously been a VAD in Scotland where she was on leave in 1939, and later lived in Singapore until just before it fell to the Japanese.
