Description
Plastic, white carrier bag. "Provided by Eon Central Networks in partnership with British Red Cross" is printed on both sides of the bag in black and red. This bag forms part of a Winter Care Pack, provided by the power company Eon and the British Red Cross, for use by vulnerable people to keep warm and safe in case of a gas or electric power failure during cold weather.
