Description
Wooden shield of dark wood. Silver coloured metal plate to centre, with enamel badge showing a red cross. "Miss E Balfour O.B.E./ in recognition of 50 years service/ with Hampshire/ Red Cross /from /Eastleigh Centre" is engraved on the plate. Reverse plain with black plastic stand.
